Dynamic Software Corporation has been
doing business online since 1998. In order to
demonstrate our firm's commitment to you, and
protect your privacy, we'd like to share our
policies on information gathering, customer
privacy, security, returns, unsolicited email,
and more.
The exact terms of the sale are displayed at the time of purchase when you digitally sign your order. You may view them at: https://www.dynamicsoftware.com/cart/signature.html. You agree that placing a check in the checkbox constitutes your digital signature. You agree that you accept this as you would if you signed a physical sales receipt in person. You also understand and agree that no order will be processed if you do not agree to all of the terms in advance of a sales transaction.
1. Refund Policies: We offer a "no questions asked" 30 days money
return policy on all our products (with the exception of: Bid Maximizer). If you're
not 100% satisfied, please let us know !
Refund Requirements
- Customers must make
this claim within the first 30 days after
purchase. There are no refunds after 30
day period.
- Customer must agree,
to delete our software from his/her computer
and any all computers or servers where the
software is installed.
2. Subscription for engine
data update - Your initial purchase includes
12 months engine data update subscription. To
continue using the software after that period
you are required to purchase renewal subscription
periodically on a yearly basis. Purchase

3. Upgrade
Policy - As a Dynamic Software customer
you are entitled to free minor version upgrades
(meaning upgrades within the major version,
for example within version 2.0). The upgrade(s)
of the major version is defined as a new release
and is available only to owners of the product's
previous version at the discounted price. To

4. Bid Maximizer
PPC and other Subscription based products
Please note that 1 month subscription accounts
are automatically renewed in advance prior the
end of each billing period. In case of 12 month
subscriptions your subscription will automatically be renewed at the end of the term.
You may terminate your subscription before the
billing date, for any reason only by contacting
us through the online support form or via email but not by phone. (There must be a verifiable method to cancel an order or subscription.) Your account
will be terminated on the last day of your billing
cycle. We will confirm your subscription has be cancelled. You must receive confirmation from us.

To recap the most impostant aspects of our privacy statement: Our site uses forms for information requests
and orders. Contact information from all forms
(including name, address, email address,
payment info, registration info etc.) is
used to process and deliver orders and mail
information about our company to our customers.
At no time do we share any of this information
with any other person or company. Any financial
information our customers submit, such as credit
card number and expiration date is used only
to charge the customer for the products and
services they are purchasing.
6. Information security and quality: We intend to protect the quality and integrity
of your personally identifiable information.
We have implemented appropriate technical and
managerial procedures to maintain information
that is accurate, current, and complete. We
will make a sincere effort to respond to your
requests to correct personal information inaccuracies
in a timely manner. All secure orders are processed
using SSL technology via secure server. All
customer contact information including credit
card number and name and address is guarded
with the utmost security and discretion.
7. Unsolicited email: We do not use, nor
do we condone the use of unsolicited bulk email.
Validated complaints against our affiliates/associate/referral
partner/dealer result in cancellation of their
account(s). We take this issue very seriously.
Please report any incidents of unsolicited email
coming from or mentioning the Dynamic Software
Products or our domains (dynamicsoftware.com, dynamicsubmission.com,
and bidmaximizer.com) to abuse@dynamicsoftware.com
for a prompt and personal reply. All matters
will be investigated and dealt with promptly.
8. Subscribe/Unsubscribe: We offer a free
e-newsletter, The Dynamic Internet Marketing
E-Zine. We never rent this opt-in list of email
addresses. We do however, offer sponsorship
advertising in each issue and send special alerts
and promotion / sale announcements to our subscribers
from time to time. Subscribers may opt-out of
receiving any future messages by sending an
email message to: unsubscribe@dynamicinternetmarketing.com
from the address which they subscribed.
9. Business relationships: The Dynamic Software
web site contains links to other Web sites.
Dynamic Software Corporation is not responsible for
the privacy practices or the content of such
Web sites.
10. Cookies: A cookie is an element of
data that a Web site can send to your browser,
which may then store it on your computer. Our
web site uses cookies at links to various affiliate
programs, to ensure proper commission tracking.
We also use cookies or other technologies so
that we can better serve you when you return
to our site. You can set your browser to notify
you when you receive a cookie, giving you the
chance to decide whether to accept it.
